    Due to transit times and plant sensitivity, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays

    Orders typically ship within 5 business days from date of purchase, but will only be shipped on Monday and Tuesday.

    Due to the nature of plants being live inventory, unexpected delays may occur. You will be notified if there are any such delays.

    Due to agricultural restrictions we are unable to ship to AZ, AK, HI, and PR. 

  • During the winter months, we give your plants a little extra love. We add extra insulation and include heat packs when necessary so they arrive warm, protected, and ready to thrive in their new home.

    Some delays may occur if there are extreme weather events in your area or ours. You will be notified if there is such a delay.

  • Refunds are available for all unshipped orders. Since we are unable to recall packages already in transit or marked delivered by the carrier, we’re unable to refund shipped orders. We encourage you to double check your shipping and delivery dates and make any needed arrangements before your order leaves our greenhouse.
    If your items arrive damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send replacements right away, just provide photos or approved documentation and we will respond promptly.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelation stops future renewals, but does not refund already shipped boxes. If you need help with upcoming shipments or want to check your remaining boxes, email us at Wildcraftpt@gmail.com.

  • We will not repeat the same collection for the duration of your subscription. Each month will bring a new and exciting exploration of a different naturescape. Some components, such as hardscapes or mosses, may appear more than once, but they will always be presented in a fresh, unique way.

    If you purchase more than one (Monthly Explorer) box within the same month, a new collection is not guaranteed. We will do our best to notify you if this occurs.
